is a marketing and consulting company established on January 29th, 2004. By means of its purposefully built network of  “commercial brokers” (area and regional external managers), it is actively seeking  potential clients and members of ®EBVIS System, evaluates their credibility (®EBVIS Rating), selects and prepares suitable entrepreneurial investment projects for financing and realization within the ®EBVIS System.

The ®EBVIS System provides professional support to all its registered clients and their enterprises. Starting with solutions to the form of their enterprises, creation of entrepreneurial structure with income tax optimization, continuing with consulting support at creation of entrepreneurial projects with  handling of all real and potential risks regarding investment capital returns according to their placement, up to very profitable and tailor-made forms of financing of their business activities. The very first steps of cooperation with each and every client and member of the ®EBVIS System are targeted on perfect recognition of his needs and real opportunities. This enables us to provide effective help with revitalising, restructuring of commitments and claims, with creation of their organization, marketing, production, financial and other plans. All this, of course, on a highly professional level, with good knowledge of requirements and criteria of investors through whom we shall provide financing of professionally prepared business plans.
