Venture Capital, a.s. is a managing and financing company.
It was established on June 1st, 1999. It is the leader, the project
manager and coordinator of cooperation of the ®EBVIS
System subjects. It provides the clients and registered members
of the ®EBVIS System with a broad range
of services aimed at financing of business projects, mainly by
means of capital interest of venture capital investors, combined
according to the needs and purpose with a loan, respectively,
by means of finding strategic investors in accordance with the
purposes and goals of the clients. The investors are offered services
aimed at asset management and realization of exit from the projects
they are financing. |

financial and investment subjects, counseling and trading companies
interested in regular operation on the Slovak market, in he field
of venture capital investments. Direct financing and provision
of banking services is based on agency representation of the Prime
Savings and Loan EF company, which is a member of the ®EBVIS
